We make small games and build them in the open. Instead of guessing what players want, we ask, and what players say shapes what we make next. Feedback is coming soon, starting with Dim Sum Defender. Here’s how it will work.

1. Play a game

Every game we publish is free to play in a browser, and Dim Sum Defender is playable now. Many are early versions, on purpose: it’s the best time for your ideas to make a difference. See what you can play now.

2. Open Feedback

Each game will get a Feedback button. On desktop it sits at the bottom left of the setup and results screens, and stays out of the way while you play. It opens a panel beside the game. We call the system behind it Aerodrome.

3. Discuss and suggest

In the panel you’ll be able to see what other players are saying, join a discussion, or post an idea of your own. You don’t need a polished solution: “this felt unfair” or “I wish I could…” is enough. Reading is open to everyone; to post you sign in with Google.

4. Vote, and watch the roadmap

Players vote on ideas, and the votes set our default priorities. Each game’s roadmap will show what’s planned, what’s being built and what’s shipped. When we choose differently from what players clearly asked for, for example because a change would alter what the game is, or isn’t feasible, we’ll say why.

5. What happens to your posts

Your posts, replies and ideas are public, with the display name you choose, and we may quote them when the game changes because of them. You can delete your account, with or without your posts, at any time from the panel, or ask us to remove a single post. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long, and the Community Rules explain how to take part: criticize the game, respect people, protect privacy, and don’t manipulate votes.

6. Credits (coming later)

We’d like the people who shaped a game to be credited in it, like the credits at the end of a film. That isn’t built yet, and we’ll ask before showing anyone’s name.
